Sreeman Murthy

Sreeman Murthy currently serves as METRO Global Solution Center (MGSC) India’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director, as well as member of Board of Directors. Sreeman previously served as Managing Director of Finance Solution within MGSC.

He is an experienced global business executive, with three decades of expertise leading global capability centers across captive and third-party businesses. He has substantive experience in designing, implementing blueprint, setting up, driving transformation including digital within shared services organizations for wholesale, retail, consumer goods, pharma, insurance, manufacturing, IT and telecom industries.

Sreeman is an award-winning finance leader who has led shared service centers with multiple locations and functions / solutions through a range of roles delivering strategic business value. He was Vice President & Global Operating Leader in Genpact leading global operations for retail, pharma and consumer goods clients.

He holds dual qualifications as a Chartered Accountant from ICAI & Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI. He has completed a Post Graduate Program in Management from UCLA, Anderson School of Management, USA and holds a certification in IFRS reporting from ACCA, UK.

Sreeman has been recognized as Most Prominent Contributors to Innovation by the World Innovation Congress and under his leadership METRO Global Solution Center India has been awarded at the @Corporate Connect Indian Business Excellence Awards & Global Titan 2025–26 for Excellence in IT & ITES.
