Ruchi Dubey currently serves as People & Culture Director, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at METRO GSC India.

She brings over two decades of leadership experience in Human Resources. An expert in shaping people strategies and driving organizational transformation in the information technology and services industry, she plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and employee engagement at METRO GSC India.

Her expertise spans Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Transformation. Prior to joining METRO GSC India, Ruchi served as HR Business Leader at Infosys BPM, where she spearheaded capability-building initiatives for more than 10,000 employees and strengthened the leadership pipeline across business units.

Ruchi is Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certified from SHRM and holds AI Applications for Growth certification from Kellogg Executive Education. She also has a Women in Leadership Certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has done her MBA from RDVV Jabalpur, India.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ruchi is passionate about gardening and travelling.
