As METRO Global Solution Center IN celebrates its 15-year milestone, we are celebrating the people who have contributed significantly to its success journey.

Vaibhav Jadhav, Assistant Group Manager, Accounting & Controlling, joined METRO Global Solution Center India as fresh graduate from college and has grown his career now to taking on a managerial role supporting multiple countries.

Over the years, he has led and executed several country transitions, with each experience broadening his perspective, strengthening his leadership skills, and deepening his understanding of core operations. Together, these moments have shaped his professional identity and reinforced his commitment to adding value while growing alongside the organization and he is grateful for all the support and encouragement he received along his growth journey from the organization and his leadership.

Looking back on his decade long tenure, he describes the experience as deeply enriching – both professionally and personally. The opportunity to travel to various countries for transitions provided meaningful exposure to diverse customer expectations and further developed his stakeholder management skills. These experiences broadened his perspective and helped him build lasting connections with colleagues and partners across different cultures. The relationships formed and the learnings gained have played an important role in shaping who he is today and remain among the most rewarding aspects of his journey with MGSC IN.
