Today, we put the spotlight on Raajesh Kumar, Senior Group Manager, Business Excellence, who has been part of several new initiatives and teams through his 12+ years of journey with METRO Global Solution Center India.

He shared that throughout his journey METRO GSC India has enabled him to learn and grow across various roles within the organization. Among these, leading the “Digital Transformation Solutions” (DTS) stands out as a defining highlight. This role has provided him with the opportunity to drive transformation across METRO while leading a talented team of technical and functional experts whose passion and commitment were instrumental in achieving team goals. As part of DTS, he contributed to delivering multiple automation and digital solutions across corporate teams, countries, and MGSC IN.

Looking ahead, the future of MGSC IN appears highly promising to him, supported by expansion plans and a technology-driven approach to meet evolving business requirements. In his view, METRO GSC IN will continue to act as a catalyst for value creation by leveraging efficiency and innovation to deliver meaningful impact.

When asked about MGSC IN’s 15 year journey, he highlights that it has been shaped by resilience that sustains it, innovation that differentiates it, and expansion that propels it forward – while recognizing that this journey is only just beginning.
