For Kishore Kant Jha, Assistant Group Manager, Accounting & Controlling, cracking the Internal Job Posting for the Team Lead role remains one of his most cherished milestones at MGSC India. It marked the moment he stepped into leadership – an opportunity that allowed him to guide teams, support transitions from Operations, and help establish processes from the ground up.
