Over the past decade, the career journey of Chaitali Lade, who is a Project Manager with the Accounts Payable team, has been an inspiring one. When asked about a standout moment in her journey, she highlighted being a part of the core team for the Lead the Change program, as one. Through this role, she played a catalyst’s part – empowering people, encouraging growth, and fostering a strong solution‑focused mindset across teams. The experience allowed her to influence the way teams approached challenges and solutions, making it a meaningful milestone in her journey.
Reflecting on MGSC INs 15‑year journey as an organization, she notes the consistent ability to evolve alongside changing business needs while remaining focused on delivering practical and scalable solutions, has been the strength of the company.
From her perspective, the future of MGSC lies in building on what has already been started – moving steadily toward more digital, automated, and scalable ways of working.
She sees continued efforts to simplify processes, leverage technology more effectively, and deliver greater value to the business. At the same time, she believes the organization’s strength will continue to come from its culture, where people are empowered, encouraged to think differently, and supported in their growth.
