One such contributor is Shahbaz Ahmad, Process Expert - Turkish, METRO Global Solution Center IN. Among his key achievements is the successful migration of the Turkey AP Goods and Cost Process. Initially, the process relied heavily on Invoice Recording and Invoice Control; however, through sustained efforts and strong collaboration, it was successfully transformed into a process that is now largely managed internally within MGSC India.

This accomplishment not only demonstrated the power of teamwork but also reflected the trust placed in him to take end-to-end ownership and deliver results effectively. It stands as a testament to the organization’s culture of empowerment and accountability.
