Having spent so many years with the organization, Pritesh shares that METRO GSC India has consistently evolved to meet changing business needs through innovation, process excellence, and strong collaboration. Over the years, he has witnessed the adoption of new technologies, automation, digital ways of working, and continuous process improvements, all while maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to internal customers. When asked about the highlight of his career with MGSC India, he said, "My overall career journey at METRO GSC India is my biggest achievement. Over the past 14 years, I have had the opportunity to grow from an Analyst to a Functional Trainer, Team Lead, and now a Project Management professional. Along the way, I have worked with teams across multiple countries, led cross-functional initiatives, driven process improvements, and collaborated with diverse stakeholders. The trust placed in me to take on new responsibilities and continually expand my role has been the most rewarding part of my journey."
