When Kailas Sanghavi joined METRO Global Solution Center India 14 years ago, what stood out to him was the consistency behind the technology. And the organization has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation, continuously evolving its solutions to meet changing customer needs and industry demands, over the years.

Being an integral part of the organization, he emphasizes that METRO has invested in improving products, adopting new technologies, and delivering practical innovations that create real business value. One of the key highlights of his career with us is being nominated as ‘Solution Nemo’. He initiated the rollout for DCES and SIS, completed the implementation successfully, and suggested many process improvements post implementation.

When asked about the future, Kailas says it belongs to those who can anticipate change, rather than react to it. He states METRO GSC’s success over the last 15 years has been driven by the three pillars of Innovation, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement.
