Role Overview
We are seeking a specialist/ team lead who is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and governance of organizational data across systems and processes. The role ensures robust data‑quality frameworks, drives standardization, and leads the team in maintaining reliable datasets that support analytics, reporting, and business decision‑making. This position also collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners to streamline data flows, resolve discrepancies, and continuously improve data‑management practices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to ensure data pipelines deliver accurate, ready-to-use information.
- Data Monitoring: Monitor dataset refresh, performance, troubleshoot failures, and recommend optimizations.
- Active contribution to monthly closing process, including running quality controls.
- Prepare ad hoc commercial analyses for business departments & team members.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master’s degree or higher in quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- 7-9 years of work experience in data or business analytics or engineering related field.
- Expert in writing SQL and familiar with various database systems (Google Cloud, Microsoft SQL server, Azure).
- Excellent command of MS Excel
- Data visualization expert, familiar with tools and techniques such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
- Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of VBA/Python is nice to have
