Project Manager (Print Design)



Job Description
Role:
- Manage one or multiple teams of designers and QAs to deliver product-ready assets for digital and print media.
- Communicate with different clients to understand project requirements and effectively transition them to the team.
- Set up processes for timely and efficient delivery.
- Identify gaps and implement solutions.
- Understand training requirements for the team and implement them.
- Expected to operate with complete independence, reporting status, barriers, and outcomes of work.
- Ensure delivery quality across the entire system.
- Maintain high standards of output.
- Expected to manage 1-2 geographies based on the scale of operations.
- Responsible for gathering client feedback and maintaining client satisfaction.

- Establish best practices within the team and educate others about design.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Play a critical role in onboarding and implementing new geographies.
- Ability to guide and mentor Graphic designer & Team Leads.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience managing teams and projects independently in a creative or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, digital, and print media production requirements.
- Proficiency in various project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong expertise in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and iconography.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and answer inquiries.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for handling financial data.
