Job Description
Preferred Work Experience -
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Python scripting, and VBA development.
- Experience in developing Python scripts from scratch and modifying existing scripts as per business requirements.
- Experience in data extraction, transformation is must and visualization tools good to have but not mandatory (Google Cloud Platform, MicroStrategy).
- Familiarity with SAP Fi/CO Supplier master data tables, extraction of data, validation of data, and reporting of data as per the business requirements.
- Proven track record in ETL process development and data quality management.
- Strong experience in understanding business requirements and documenting those requirements to ensure expected delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely data reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and business leaders.
- Experience in process optimization, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and drive knowledge-sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field (e.g., B.Sc (IT), MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (CS)).
- Strong academic background in data analytics, database management is preferred.
