People & Culture Intern



Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Employee Experience Intern to support key HR initiatives across employee data management, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Address Validation & Data Management
- Verify and validate employee address details against submitted address proof documents.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee records.
- Coordinate with employees for missing or incorrect documentation.
- Maintain updated records in HR systems and trackers.
2. Workforce Analytics & Dashboard Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track solution-wise office presence.
- Generate reports to identify attendance trends and workweek compliance.
- Support the HR team with insights for planning employee engagement and cultural activities.
- Track and report attendance defaulters as per organizational guidelines.
3. Employee Engagement & Event Logistics
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for company sports tournaments and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate registrations, participant communication, venue arrangements, and event-day activities.
- Manage and track nominations, participation data, and event feedback.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
4. Digital Personnel File Management
- Support digitization, organization, and segregation of employee personnel files for approximately 1200 employees.
- Ensure proper indexing and document classification for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records.
- Assist in improving document management processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications
BBA/MBA HR
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
