Job Description

Role Overview

A senior full stack engineer with strong experience in MuleSoft integration and API-led connectivity. Someone with a solid foundation in Java and backend development, and hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. A certified MuleSoft professional who can design, build, and manage APIs and integrations in a distributed, cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft Flows and integrations using Anypoint Studio and related tools.
Build and maintain services using Java and Spring Boot.
Lead the modernization of integration architecture and contribute to microservices design.
Work closely with architects and product managers to align on integration strategies.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
Promote best practices in API design, testing, and CI/CD automation.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud-native deployments (e.g., Kubernetes, GCP).

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on integration and backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for clean code, automation, and continuous improvement.

Certification: Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer – Level 1
