Required Functional skills -
- Drive culture and mind set change within teams
- Part of leadership team in contributing to MDM Process strategy & Transformation
- Contribute to MDM Process target picture roadmap realization and managing transition & projects, adhering to project milestones & timelines
- Monitor, track and control project outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Delivering value to countries through business case realization & improving customer experience (NPS)
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver proposals for new process transitions and presentations to various audiences, including GSC Leadership team, sponsors and key stakeholders
- Background in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- IFRS Certification is a plus
- Exposure to Retail / wholesale industry + IT Projects (Automation / ERP implementation) is a plus
- International Exposure (Min 6 months) is a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Master Data Certification (preferred reputed institute).
- 10 years+ of experience in Master Data Management, Source to Pay End-to-End Process – Transformation, Transition, Service delivery, Digitization
- Experience in people leadership with leading multiple teams across – MDM process (50+ FTEs) and driving results
- Experience in driving MDM process transformation including but not limited to process improvements, standardization, best practices and bench marking
- Stakeholder engagement & relationship management including stakeholder visits
- Set-up, review & baseline business & operational KPI’s
- Out of the above 5+ years of experience in contributing towards MDM /PTP teams change management and process transformation including digital
- Experience in building team capabilities, individual developments & create career path
- Good oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate / resolve issues appropriately
