Senior Technical engineer K2 SLS (K2 blackpearl / K2 Forms)

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Providing SLS Support for applications running on K2 platform
  • Being the main contact for a customer in all 2nd level support related topics
  • Interfacing with customers, Product Owner (PO) and Software Supplier around all challenges and involving other experts and/or management as necessary
  • Producing regular and detailed progress reports to customers and management
  • Conducting independent technical research using company supplied tools, databases, knowledge bases, etc. to find solutions
  • Perform incident tests after successful resolution
  • Process improvement


Required skill Sets

  • Very good knowledge: K2 blackpearl, K2 forms, K2 for SharePoint
  • Good knowledge: SQL Server implementation skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, etc)
  • Basic knowledge Windows Server (2012 and higher)
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft SharePoint 2016
  • Understanding of .NET (C#)
  • Understanding of various project methodologies as well as the software development cycle
  • Ability to discuss, document and present in workshops
  • A good understanding of process driven approaches and BPM in general
  • Being self-motivated as well as a team player
  • Strong in-person and written customer communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and adapt to department needs or business goals


Needed Experiences

  • 16 years of education
